Delivery
we aim to dispatch your goods the next working day. special orders will be dispatched within 28 days of receipt of order, subject to availability. during busy periods we will endeavor to inform you if there are any delays. our standard delivery and packaging charge for consignments up to 20 kilos is £8.50 (next day courier). a signature will be required on delivery.
for those larger items, indicated in the catalogue by the truck symbol, we can arrange special delivery with a national haulier. in such cases, please contact us for a quotation and to arrange a mutually convenient time for delivery. this may result in the goods taking slightly longer to arrive than our standard service.
please contact us for delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, N. Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands as additional charges will be incurred. any orders placed will not be dispatched until we are contacted. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver internationally at the moment.
Returns
we have every confidence in our products; however, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us at your cost within 7 days, in the same condition that it was delivered and packed in its original packaging, for a refund or replacement. if the product is not in fully saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. in the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours and we will be happy to replace them. we regret that items made to order cannot be returned.
